Job Description
KRA – Senior Accountant (Pharma C&F)
Preparation of monthly data for GSTR-1 & 3B and submitting to CA office for GST filing.
Preparation of data for quarterly TDS return filing to be given to CA office.
Daily bank and cash book reconciliation.
Preparing MIS reports for management on a timely basis.
Resolving queries raised by statutory, internal, and company auditors.
Daily supervision and review of accounting entries posted by the support accounts team.
Regular follow-up and reconciliation of debtors’ and creditors’ ledgers.
Monthly stock and claims reconciliation with warehouse team.
Ensuring all compliance-related payments (GST, TDS, PF, ESI) are done on time.
Coordinating with management, warehouse, and principal company for smooth C&F operations.
