Key Responsibilities

👉Accounting & Compliance

Complete handling of accounts in Tally.

👉GST compliance – GSTR 1, 3B, 2B reconciliation, returns, notices & follow-ups.

Income Tax (Company & Individual) computation, filing & coordination.

👉Handling TDS & TCS compliances, returns, reconciliations & corrections.

Knowledge of all direct & indirect taxes applicable to trading companies.

👉Banking & Finance

Handling Cash Credit (CC) accounts – renewals, negotiations, documentation & finalisation.

👉Preparation of stock statements & drawing power reports for banks.

👉Coordination with banks for limits, enhancements & compliance.

👉Monitoring fund flow, bank balances & credit utilisation.

Investment Management (Company + Promoters)

👉Knowledge of stock market investments, mutual funds & insurance policies.

👉Tracking, monitoring and managing personal & company investments.

👉Ensuring timely investments, redemptions & compliance documentation.

👉Audit & Professional Coordination

Regular follow-up with CA for audits, tax filings & assessments.

👉Preparation of audit schedules, confirmations & supporting documents.

Compliance with statutory & internal audit requirements.

Reporting & Control

Monthly MIS, profitability reports & compliance status.

Strong control on accounting accuracy, reconciliations & documentation.

Preferred Skills

Steel / trading industry experience preferred.

Strong command over Tally, Excel & banking processes.

Responsible, confidential & process-oriented mindset.
