Job Title: Intermediate Architect – Landscape, Facade & Urban Design

About Us:

Placemakers Collective Pvt. Ltd. is an urban placemaking studio working on community well being, landscape, public realm and built environment projects.

Role Overview: We are looking for an Intermediate Architect with strong drafting, modelling, and detailing skills, capable of independently handling landscape, facade, and interior design from concept to GFC stage.

This role requires design thinking + technical execution + team guidance.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Design & Drawing Development

2. Prepare drawings from concept to GFC stage

3. Develop Landscape master plans, sections, and details

4. Develop Architectural Designs with elevations and details

5. Translate design intent into clear, buildable drawings

6. 3D Modelling & Visualization for - Landscape, urban spaces, facades

7. Produce renders/walkthroughs using Lumion or Enscape

8. Support presentations using Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator or similar

9. Coordination & Site Support - Release GFCs and provide drawing clarifications during execution

10. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams

11. Participate in site visits for design validation

12. Team Support & Mentorship - Guide, assist and review junior architects’/designers with improve drafting standards and design understanding

13. Coordinate interior + architectural + landscape drawings where required

Required Skills: 

1. AutoCAD (advanced drafting & detailing)

2. SketchUp (clean, organised modelling)

3. Lumion or Enscape, Photoshop

4. Strong understanding of construction logic

Good to Have: 

1. Revit / BIM exposure

2. Experience in landscape or urban projects

Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience
