Senior Graphic Designer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a visionary Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual storytelling of our events. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating end-to-end visual experiences—from initial pitch decks and branding to large-format environmental graphics and digital assets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to translate a brand's message into a physical space.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualization: Develop unique creative themes and visual identities for corporate events, weddings, concerts, and exhibitions.
• Environmental Design: Create layouts for large-format prints, including stage backdrops, booth designs, directional signage, and entry archways.
• Digital Assets: Design motion graphics, social media promos, emailers, and presentation decks (PPT/Keynote) for client pitches.
• Production Oversight: Collaborate with production teams and vendors to ensure colors, materials, and dimensions are accurate for print and fabrication.
• Leadership: Mentor junior designers and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight "event-day" deadlines.
• On-site Support: Occasionally oversee the installation of branded elements to ensure everything meets quality standards.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of experience, preferably within an Event Management or Creative Agency setting.
• Software Mastery: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of After Effects or 3D software (SketchUp/3ds Max) is a massive plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and print production (bleed, margins, CMYK vs. RGB, and material types like vinyl, fabric, and foam board).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating "space-based" design (events, retail, or exhibitions) rather than just UI/UX or logo work.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileAbility to handle high-pressure situations and last-minute changes.
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas to high-profile clients.
