Job Role &  Responsibilities - 

Compliances (Provident Fund, ESIC,PT, Bonus etc)

Maintain & check daily attendance of employees 

Conducting training sessions for old and new employees of the organization

Creating & updating company policies based on the best HR practices

Overseeing the safety and health of the employee

Identify where employees can improve with the help of the department. 

Heads and create training strategies. 

Increment process - Performance Appraisal process.

Reducing conflicts, providing compensation & benefits and Worker safety.

Exit Formalities - Handover process, FNF process & Exit interview. 

Visiting card and ID card for new employees.

Employee confirmation on mail.
