Senior Purchase Executive

Person must have knowledge of purchase of branded, specialty and generic medicines from domestic market of India.

Person can deal with distributors, C&F and manufacturers and traders for sourcing the required products with all details and best possible prices.

Senior Purchase Executive is responsible for buying goods for the company at the best price and right time.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Supplier/Vendor Management – Finding and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

2️⃣ Price Negotiation – Negotiating with vendors to get the best price.

3️⃣ Purchase Orders (PO) – Creating and managing purchase orders.

4️⃣ Market Research – Checking market prices and new suppliers.

5️⃣ Inventory Coordination – Ensuring materials arrive on time.

6️⃣ Invoice & Quality Check – Verifying invoices and checking product received as per Invoice and Purchase Order
