🏢 Job Description:


We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Sr. Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in residential and/or commercial property sales, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end real estate sales from lead generation to deal closure
  • Handle high-net-worth clients and serious investors professionally
  • Call, follow up, and convince clients for office meetings and site visits
  • Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close deals successfully
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and documentation teams
  • Guide junior sales executives and support the sales team
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline, and follow-ups
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor projects


✅ Requirements:


  • 3 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate sales only
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
  • Experience in residential plots, flats, villas, or commercial properties
  • Target-oriented, self-driven, and leadership mindset
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting
  • Local market knowledge is an added advantage
