Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit and produce high-quality podcast videos for digital platforms
2. Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos
3. Edit office activity videos, event coverage, and festival celebration videos
4. Add creative transitions, sound effects, captions, and graphics
5. Work closely with the marketing or content team to understand video requirements
6. Ensure videos are optimized for social media platforms

Required Skills:

1. Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience
2. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
3. Strong understanding of social media video trends and formats
4. Creativity in storytelling, transitions, and visual effects
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience editing podcasts and reels

Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading
