Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented SEO Specialist who can drive organic growth through on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in website audits, keyword research, content optimization, and AI-driven SEO. You will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure websites rank well, load fast, and stay ahead of modern search engine algorithm shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Website Audits & Optimization

• Perform comprehensive website audits and recommend on‑page, technical, and content improvements.
• Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, images, and internal linking.
• Use AI tools to audit and enhance Schema markup and structured data for better rich snippet visibility.
• Fix issues such as duplicate content, broken links, and indexing problems.

Keyword Research & Content SEO (AI-Integrated)

• Conduct keyword research and map keywords to relevant landing pages, product pages, and blog content.
• Leverage AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to assist in generating content clusters, topical authority maps, and SEO-friendly content outlines.
• Optimize AI-generated drafts to ensure they meet Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines and maintain a human touch.
• Collaborate with content writers to implement modern SEO best practices for high-intent eCommerce keywords.

Technical SEO & Performance

• Monitor Google Search Console and GA4 for crawling issues and ranking changes.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile optimization.
• Stay prepared for AI Overviews by optimizing content for direct answers and conversational search queries.

Off‑Page SEO & Backlink Management

• Manage and build high‑quality backlink profiles through ethical off‑page SEO activities.
• Track competitor backlink strategies and propose outreach opportunities.

Reporting & Strategy

• Track keyword rankings and prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
• Analyze data and translate insights into actionable SEO strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest AI SEO trends, tools, and Google algorithm updates.
• Required Skills & Knowledge2 to 3 years of experience in On‑page, Off‑page, and Technical SEO.
• Hands‑on experience with: Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Proficiency in AI Tools: Experience using AI for keyword clustering, meta-data generation, and content optimization.
• Working knowledge of platforms: WordPress, Shopify, and Magento.
• Understanding of site architecture, page speed, and mobile optimization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, tech-driven environment.
