Location we are hiring for - Pan India

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission solar PV systems (rooftop or ground-mounted).
• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance of solar systems and associated equipment (inverters, batteries, charge controllers, etc.).
• Conduct performance monitoring and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Ensure system efficiency, electrical safety, and compliance with technical standards.
• Maintain service logs, installation reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project and design teams for site readiness and technical support.
• Provide technical assistance and training to clients and on-site personnel.
• Inspect and verify wiring, connections, and grounding for quality and safety.
• Support in warranty claims, component replacements, and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to company safety and quality protocols during all field activities.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
• Sound understanding of electrical wiring, load management, and system protection.
• Good troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to project and client sites.
