Job Description
The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment or systems at client sites. The role involves providing technical support, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and test equipment or machinery at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Prepare detailed service reports, including work performed and parts used.
Provide technical training and support to customers on product operation and maintenance.
