Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily outlet operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage and supervise team members (service crew, kitchen staff) to maintain service standards.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation as per brand SOPs.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  • Manage shift-wise sales targets, cash handling, billing accuracy, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure inventory availability, control wastage, and follow FIFO practices.
  • Conduct shift handovers and ensure proper reporting to Store Manager.
  • Support training of new joiners and on-the-job coaching of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, attendance, and discipline.
  • Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong operational and people management skills
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of QSR operations, food safety, and hygiene norms
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash management
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in QSR, café, or food retail operations
  • Prior experience as Shift In-charge / Team Leader is an advantage
