• Allocate daily work tasks and monitor progress.

• Ensure manpower availability as per work requirements.

Material Handling

• Monitor usage of construction materials at site.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

• Inform engineers or management regarding material shortages.

Quality & Safety Monitoring

• Ensure work quality as per instructions from site engineers.

• Maintain basic safety practices at the construction site.

• Report any issues, delays, or safety concerns immediately.

Reporting

• Provide daily updates on site work progress.

• Maintain basic site records and coordinate with engineers for reporting.
