Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision & Management: Supervise and guide on-site construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and managing work schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and strictly enforce site health and safety plans, conduct regular risk assessments and inspections, and ensure all personnel use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections to ensure all work adheres to quality standards, project specifications, blueprints, and local building codes.
• Resource Management: Monitor material inventory, coordinate the ordering and timely delivery of supplies, and manage the maintenance and use of equipment to minimize waste.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, attendance records, progress reports, and incident reports for management and stakeholders.
• Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary liaison, coordinating with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential issues or delays on-site and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track. 
•  Collaboration: Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
