Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop social media strategies aligned with business goals; create content calendars.
• Content Creation: Write, edit, design (graphics/video), and schedule posts across platforms.
• Community Management: Monitor, listen, and respond to followers; manage user-generated content.
• Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools (Hootsuite, Facebook Insights) to track KPIs and report on campaign success.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on new platforms, features, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and sales teams for cohesive campaigns.
• Paid Social (Manager/Senior): Manage ad campaigns and budgets.
