Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, analytics, and trends.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Develop high-quality content (graphics, captions, reels ideas, stories).
• Monitor social media trends and apply best practices.
• Track and analyze performance using insights and analytics tools.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages.
• Work with the marketing and design team for campaign planning.
• Run paid social media ads (optional but preferred).
• Maintain a monthly content calendar.

🎓 Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Ability to create engaging content and creative ideas.
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to analyze data and create reports.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
