Job Title: Social Media Manager & SEO SpecialistJob OverviewWe are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager who is also skilled in SEO and has basic designing abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, improving online visibility, creating engaging content, and supporting digital marketing growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
• Develop monthly content calendars
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages
• Track performance metrics and generate reports

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content for search engines
• Implement on-page and basic off-page SEO strategies
• Improve website ranking and organic traffic
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console

Content Creation & Basic Designing

• Design social media posts, banners, and promotional materials
• Create visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
• Write engaging captions and marketing copy
• Assist in creating blog content optimized for SEO

Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads is a plus)
• Stay updated with latest social media trends and algorithm changes
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices
• Basic graphic design skills
• Experience with social media scheduling tools
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Preferred QualificationsExperience running paid ad campaigns
• Knowledge of video editing basics
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategies
