Spa Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day spa operations including front desk, therapists, and housekeeping.

Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation of the spa.

Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and service flow.

Customer Experience:

Greet and assist clients with a high level of professionalism.

Handle client feedback, inquiries, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Promote spa services, packages, and membership programs to increase customer retention.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff including therapists, receptionists, and attendants.

Set performance goals, conduct appraisals, and ensure team motivation.

Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance and productivity.

Financial & Marketing Management:

Develop and manage budgets, track revenue, and control operational costs.

Create marketing campaigns and collaborate on social media promotions.

Upsell spa products and treatments to boost profitability.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Maintain proper records of treatments, staff certifications, and inventory.

Oversee maintenance of spa equipment and facilities.
