Spanish Support Executive

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in Spanish to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English with customers as required
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to understand and respond professionally
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience in a Spanish-speaking role is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer support
• International client-handling experience
