Key Responsibilities:

a) Proactively engage with clients via phone calls to encourage active trading and address any issues or concerns.

b) Achieve daily targets for funding through proactive communication and relationship-building efforts.

c) Collaborate with the team to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

d) Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

e) Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.

f) Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company, including funding targets and client retention goals.

g) Provide feedback to the management team on client needs, preferences, and market trends to inform business decisions and strategies.

h) Must have basic knowledge of Indian and international stock market.
