Store Executive

·        Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.

·        Coordinate with other departments to forecast inventory needs.

·        Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

·        Implement and optimize inventory management systems.

·        Maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory transactions.

·        Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.

·        Develop and implement strategies to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.

·        Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in inventory storage and handling.

·        Inventory Management Software (e.g., SAP, Miracle)

·        Excel, Data Analysis, Forecasting, Record Keeping, Problem-Solving, Attention to detail

·        Minimum 4 years of experience in Inventory control and management.

·        Manage day-to-day levels of inventories.

·        Properly communicate inter-department for both raw materials & finished goods.

·        Carry out quality control measures and inspection checks for incoming and outgoing goods.

·        Coordinate with logistics about shipment details and with purchase department about incoming inventory.

·        Maintain documented stock of each material in the all warehouses.

·        Strong warehouse management experience is required.

·        Assist Team to ensure smooth inventory management operations; conducting inventory audits, monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies and updating inventory records in excel and Google sheet.

·        Manage operations for the organization; coordinating with carriers and 3pl’s to schedule shipments, preparing shipping documentation, tracking shipments and addressing any shipping issues

·        Maintain accurate records and data related to inventory and shipping, updating inventory databases, inputting shipping information and generating reports.

·        Identify opportunities for process improvement for inventory management and shipping operations.

·        Streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, enhance efficiency, and minimize errors or delays.
