Job Description

  • Maintain stock records of electrical materials (cables, panels, switchgear, etc.)
  • Handle material receipt, inspection & GRN preparation
  • Issue materials against approved requisitions (MRS)
  • Follow FIFO method for inventory management
  • Maintain inward/outward registers & documentation
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling & safety of materials
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Project & Accounts teams
  • Monitor stock levels & report shortages/excess
