Store Helper

Sangam Stores is hiring a smart, active, and customer-friendly Helper who can assist customers, manage the shop floor, and support daily retail operations. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic product knowledge (garments), and the ability to handle customers politely and confidently.

• 🛍 Key Responsibilities
• 1. Customer Assistance Welcome customers and understand their requirements
• Show products (kids wear, menswear, ladies wear, seasonal items, etc.) as per need
• Provide styling suggestions, size guidance, and product information
• Help customers make the right purchase decisions
• 2. Sales & Product Handling Maintain product display and keep racks neat and organized
• Arrange fresh stock, remove damaged pieces, and ensure store cleanliness
• Support the owner with pricing, tagging, and packing
• Help customers with trial rooms and product selection
• 3. Inventory Support Assist in stock counting and replenishment
• Inform the owner about fast-moving items and low-stock products
• Handle basic back-store management
• 4. Additional Responsibilities Maintain discipline and positive behaviour with customers
• Coordinate with cashier for billing
• Support the owner during festive rush and high-volume days
• 📦 Skills Required Good communication in Hindi/Gujarati
• Friendly, polite, and confident behaviour
• Basic understanding of garments and fashion
• Ability to work efficiently during rush hours
• Honest, hardworking, and well-presented
• 📚 Qualification Minimum 10th Pass
• Experience in garment retail preferred but not compulsory
