1. Material Handling & Inventory Support

• Loading and unloading HVAC materials (AC units, copper pipes, ducts, insulation, etc.)
• Arranging items properly in the store (rack-wise / category-wise)
• Assisting in counting and maintaining stock
• Helping in stock audits and physical verification

2. Packing & Dispatch

• Preparing materials as per site requirement
• Packing items safely to avoid damage
• Assisting in dispatch of materials to different project sites
• Coordinating with drivers or site teams for delivery

3. Tools & Equipment Management

• Issuing tools to technicians (drilling machines, gauges, etc.)
• Keeping track of returned tools
• Ensuring tools are clean, safe, and in working condition
• Reporting any damage or shortage

4. Documentation Support

• Helping store keeper with GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
• Maintaining basic records (manual or system entry support)
• Checking delivery challans and material lists

5. Site Support (If Required)

• Carrying materials to site when needed
• Assisting technicians during installation (basic support work)
• Helping in shifting heavy equipment

6. Store Maintenance & Safety

• Keeping store clean and organized
• Following safety rules while handling materials
