We are seeking an organized and responsible Stitching Incharge to handle the daily operations of our stitching department. The ideal candidate will be in charge of assigning work to stitching staff, providing matching threads for each job, and ensuring smooth workflow and movement of goods.

• Key Responsibilities:Assign daily stitching work to tailors/stitching personnel based on production plans.
• Provide matching threads to tailors for accurate and high-quality stitching.
• Ensure regular availability of work to stitching staff to avoid idle time.
• Plan and manage goods movement between departments (cutting, stitching, packing).
• Maintain stock of threads and related stitching materials; raise requests for shortages.
• Monitor quality and consistency in stitching output.
• Ensure timelines are met and production targets are achieved.
• Maintain daily work records and report to production head/management.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and systematic arrangement in the stitching area.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and material handover.
