Store Keeper

Maintains the RM/PM Store and inventory areas in a neat and orderly manner;

• Assists employees in the receipt, issuance, and storage of equipment, supplies, and uniforms;

• Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders;

• Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.

• May make deliveries of requested supplies and/or surplus materials to departments when necessary;

• Determines extent of damage to equipment and what repairs are necessary;

• Keeps up-to-date inventory issue and receipt records in Pharma-suite application

• Assists in developing and implementing operating procedures;

• Operates a computer, and other related equipment in the course of the work.

Good knowledge of computerized warehouse record keeping systems; 

• knowledge of basic stock inventory procedures and ability to maintain perpetual inventory records; 

• ability to lift heavy objects
