Job Description
- Team Leadership and Coaching: Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating sales representatives to improve their sales skills and performance.
- Sales Planning and Strategy: Developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans, including setting quotas for individuals and teams, and forecasting sales volume.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, revenue targets, and sales cycle times to analyze progress toward goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Managing high-value accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and resolving escalated customer complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and economic indicators to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Preparing and presenting sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
