Supervisor/Line Incharge

Job Summary :

We are looking for a responsible Production Supervisor / Line Incharge to oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operation of the production line. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, maintaining production targets, and ensuring quality and safety standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and monitor daily production activities on the assigned production line.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning.
• Manage and guide production operators and workers.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the shop floor.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and machines.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to the Production Manager.
• Maintain daily production reports and shift reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning departments.
• Reduce production downtime and improve productivity.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
