Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Sourcing:

• Identify and source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels
• Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs

2. Screening & Interview Coordination:

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual)
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback

3. Candidate Management:

• Maintain candidate database and track hiring status
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Communicate job offers and negotiate salary (if required)

4. Employer Branding:

• Support in building company presence on job portals and social media
• Promote company culture and job opportunities
