This means your salary will have two parts:

1️⃣ Fixed Salary (Base Salary)

2️⃣ Variable Incentive (money earned based on performance)

1. Fixed Salary

You will receive a fixed amount of ₹5,000 every month.

1. Variable Incentive

If you generate revenue, you will receive incentives based on that amount.

Rule:

For every ₹10,000 in revenue, you will receive a ₹3,000 incentive.

• ₹5,000 is guaranteed

• The more revenue you generate, the more incentive you will earn

Example:

If you generate ₹1,00,000 in revenue, you can earn approximately ₹32,000 in total.
