Summary:
Keon Reftec Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a technically strong
and target-driven Sales Engineer who can lead a small sales team, handle key
clients, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and close turnkey cold room and
refrigeration projects across industries such as food processing, dairy,
pharma, hospitality, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Develop and implement
effective project sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
·
Identify and acquire new
clients in food processing, dairy, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and
logistics sectors.
·
Lead, guide, and monitor
the performance of the sales coordination / tele-sales team.
·
Study client
requirements, drawings, and site conditions to propose suitable cold room /
refrigeration solutions.
·
Prepare and present
techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and production
teams.
·
Follow up aggressively on
quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
·
Negotiate pricing, contracts,
and commercial terms as per company policy.
·
Coordinate with design,
production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
·
Maintain strong
relationships with consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
·
Generate sales forecasts,
pipeline reports, and market intelligence inputs for management.
·
Represent the company at
exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
·
Ensure strong knowledge
of PUF panels, cold room construction, refrigeration systems, and compliance
standards.
·
Travel for site visits,
client meetings, and project discussions.
Requisite Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of cold rooms, PUF panels, refrigeration
systems, and insulated structures.
·
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
·
Ability to read drawings, understand BOQs, and prepare technical
offers.
·
Team handling and leadership capability.
·
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Desired Skills:
·
Experience in B2B project sales of industrial
products / HVAC / cold storage / construction materials.
·
Existing network with consultants, contractors, and
cold chain industry clients.
·
Experience in handling turnkey projects and site
coordination.
Education:
·
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
(Mechanical / Refrigeration / Electrical preferred) or Business.
·
MBA in Sales / Marketing is an added
advantage
