Sales Engineer – CNC Cutting Tools

Location: Ahmedabad and surrounding GIDC field Work Like Sanand , Changodar , Chattral etc...


We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development for our CNC cutting tools portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, cutting tool applications, and experience in industrial B2B sales.


Key Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell CNC cutting tools (turning, milling, drilling, threading tools, tool holders, etc.)
  • Identify and develop new customers in automotive, aerospace, general engineering, and manufacturing sectors
  • Provide technical support and application solutions to customers
  • Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and performance optimization at customer sites
  • Prepare technical proposals and commercial quotations
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal technical and supply chain teams for order fulfillment


Required Qualifications


  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in CNC cutting tools sales or machining industry
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes (Turning, Milling, Drilling)
  • Understanding of cutting parameters, tool life, feeds & speeds optimization
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits

Preferred Skills


  • Experience with leading CNC tool brands (e.g., Sandvik Coromant, Kennametal, Iscar, Seco Tools)
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of tool cost reduction strategies
