Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for EOT cranes and related products.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, construction, ports, steel plants, and logistics.
  • Lead Generation: Use a combination of cold calling, email outreach, networking, and online research to generate new sales leads.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and site visits to demonstrate the capabilities of EOT cranes to potential clients.
  • Proposal Preparation: Create and present detailed quotations and proposals based on client requirements, including pricing, specifications, and project timelines.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and signed contracts are secured.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction, and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Marketing Responsibilities:Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities within the EOT crane industry.
  • Brand Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share for EOT cranes.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials such as brochures, technical documents, and promotional videos to promote the products effectively.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO strategies, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and other digital channels.
  • Trade Shows and Exhibitions: Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and other events. Provide product demonstrations and network with potential clients.
  • Advertising: Develop advertising campaigns targeting specific sectors in need of EOT cranes. Manage online ads, print media, and other promotional activities.
