Technical Sales & Support Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Mechanical Technical Sales & Support

Engineer to drive sales growth while providing reliable pre- and post-sales technical support.

The role requires close interaction with customers to understand application requirements,

recommend suitable mechanical solutions, and ensure smooth execution from enquiry to

after-sales support. The ideal candidate combines solid mechanical engineering knowledge

with strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales

 Generate and develop B2B sales opportunities for mechanical products such as valves,

pumps, actuators, piping components, or industrial equipment.

 Understand customer applications, process conditions, and technical requirements to

propose appropriate solutions.

 Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, including specifications, datasheets, and

pricing.

 Coordinate with OEMs, principals, and internal teams for technical clarifications and

approvals.

 Support negotiations and order finalization in coordination with the sales team.

Technical Support

 Provide pre-sales technical assistance including product selection, sizing calculations,

and compliance with project specifications.

 Offer post-sales technical support such as installation guidance, troubleshooting, and

performance feedback.

 Attend site visits, technical discussions, inspections, and customer meetings as required.

 Assist customers with documentation including GA drawings, QAPs, material test

certificates, and operation manuals.
