Job Description
We are looking for a Support Engineer to assist in testing new GPS tracking devices and related software. The role includes loading firmware/software into GPS devices, coordinating with the software team for testing, and guiding staff on proper installation and usage of GPS tracker products. The engineer will also provide basic technical support during deployment and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test new GPS tracking devices with software
- Load and configure firmware/software in GPS devices
- Assist in device testing and validation
- Guide staff for GPS installation and setup
- Provide technical support for GPS tracker products
