Tele Support Executive

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, giving live app demos, guiding users through the platform, answering their questions, and driving sales conversions. This is a combined sales and support role, perfect for someone who loves talking to people and hitting targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct live app demos over call or video and clearly walk customers through key features
• Answer inbound queries and resolve doubts about the app's features and pricing
• Guide new users through getting started with the platform
• Follow up with leads, trial users, and inactive customers to encourage upgrades or conversions
• Explain pricing plans and help prospects pick the right option for their needs
• Maintain call logs, follow-up schedules, and lead status
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for demos conducted, sign-ups, and paid conversions
• Share customer feedback with the internal team to improve the product and pitch

Requirements

• Fluency in Hindi and/or English (additional regional languages are a strong plus)
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable using a smartphone or computer to demonstrate apps during calls
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support preferred
• A positive attitude, resilience to rejections, and a target-driven mindset
• Ability to explain tech products in simple, easy-to-understand language
• Comfortable using WhatsApp for follow-ups and sharing materials with customers
