ob Title: Telecaller (Female)

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with customers, and generating leads or sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Follow up with customers for leads, appointments, or payments
• Maintain a record of calls and update customer details in the system
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (verbal and listening)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
• Persuasive and convincing ability
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm
• Strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent
• Any graduate is preferred
• Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is an advantage (freshers can apply)
