Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and confident Telecaller with excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, interacting with potential clients, and generating quality leads for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication
• Explain services and offerings clearly to clients
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested leads
• Build and maintain good client relationships
• Handle client queries in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and presentable personality
• Ability to handle clients smartly and professionally
• Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales will be an added advantage
