Telecaller

We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller for an office-based contractual role focused on outbound lead engagement and disciplined execution of daily calling activities. The position requires individuals who are comfortable with cold calling, structured communication, and working within clearly defined productivity expectations.

Laptop and Wifi is Mandatory

The Telecaller will use company-provided databases to connect with prospective customers, introduce offerings, and capture responses accurately. A daily target of around 150 calls must be achieved while maintaining conversation quality and professionalism. Clear articulation, patience, and listening skills are critical to build interest and generate follow-up opportunities.

The role demands accurate maintenance of call outcomes, lead stages, and remarks in Google Sheets. Candidates must adhere to reporting timelines and follow supervisor instructions for callbacks and prioritization. Consistency in attendance, punctuality, and process compliance will directly influence performance evaluation.

Fluency in at least two regional languages among Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is mandatory. The ability to read and understand English is necessary for documentation and system updates. Applicants should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and be confident handling repetitive tasks with sustained energy.
