Telecaller – Debt Collection / Recovery Department
Job Responsibilities:
- Make calls to customers for follow-up on pending payments
- Provide payment reminders and explain the recovery process
- Speak politely with customers and record their responses
- Update daily calling records and payment status
Eligibility:
- Minimum 10th pass
- Freshers can apply
- Must know Hindi and Gujarati language
- Basic communication skills required
