Telecaller

As an Auto Loan Telecaller, your primary responsibility is to reach out to potential customers to pitch vehicle financing options. You will guide them through the loan process, from the initial "Hello" to the final documentation stage, ensuring they get the best deal while meeting company sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases.
• Product Pitching: Clearly explain various auto loan products, including interest rates, processing fees, repayment tenures, and EMI options.
• Eligibility Check: Perform a preliminary screening of the customer’s profile (income, credit score, existing debts) to determine loan eligibility.
• Lead Conversion: Convert "cold" or "warm" leads into active loan applications by highlighting USP (Unique Selling Propositions) like low down payments or quick approvals.
• Follow-ups: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with interested customers to ensure they don't lose interest or go to a competitor.
• Data Management: Accurately update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with call logs, customer feedback, and lead status.
• Coordination: Work closely with the field sales team and credit department to ensure smooth document collection and loan disbursement.
