Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective leads provided by the company and explain services/courses in a professional manner.
• Convince and motivate prospects to visit the center for counseling (Generate Walk-ins).
• Follow up regularly with interested candidates to ensure maximum conversion.
• Generate new leads through references, data calling, and promotional activities.
• Perform Wings Activities (field activities, campaign support, promotional calling, event coordination, etc.).
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and walk-ins in CRM/register.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly walk-in and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with counselors and center team for smooth admission process.
• Maintain positive communication and build strong relationships with prospects.
