Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students/parents interested in MBBS abroad programs
- Handle inbound inquiries from website, social media, and ads
- Explain courses, countries, universities, fees, and admission process clearly
- Generate and qualify leads, and maintain a proper follow-up system
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and student data in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the counseling team for student appointments
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Requirements0–2 years of experience in telecalling / sales / counseling (freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
- Confident, convincing, and customer-friendly personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Interest in education sector / study abroad services
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Preferred (Bonus)Experience in education consultancy / MBBS abroad
- Prior experience in sales or lead conversion
