Job Description
- Call Handling: Initiating outbound calls to promote products/services and handling inbound inquiries from existing or potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads, often through cold calling, and following up to convert interest into sales.
- Customer Support: Resolving customer complaints, answering queries about offerings, and providing accurate information.
