Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers (businesses & individuals)
- Explain company services such as international courier, cargo, air & sea shipments
- Generate leads
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat shipments
- Maintain call records, customer details, and feedback in Excel
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries
- Achieve daily and monthly call & lead targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & basic English
- Confident on phone with convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
