Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients regarding loan products and services.
• Explain loan schemes, eligibility criteria, and benefits to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for potential conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries, objection, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth loan processing.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Undergraduate with 2-3 years of telecalling/loan sales experience.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati and English (preferred)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of financial/loan products will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
