Telecaller

Job Summary:

The Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about the company’s products and services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls and customer details in the system.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

Experience:

• 02–05 years of telecalling
