Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our automobile dealership/service center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, promote services, and schedule test drives or service appointments.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about vehicle offers, finance schemes, or service promotions.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain a database of leads.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries about products, pricing, and availability.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle test drives or service bookings.
• Maintain records of conversations and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
• Collect feedback from customers to improve service and products.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
• Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Good communication skills in [insert relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools.
• Persuasive speaking voice.
