🔸 Job Overview:

We are looking for a Tally Caller (Female) with a confident voice, client handling skills, and basic knowledge of real estate. The role involves calling potential clients, understanding their property needs, and converting leads into site visits and deals. You will be the first point of contact to build trust and guide them properly.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

Make follow-up calls to new leads from portals and social media.

Understand client requirements in detail.

Explain basic real estate tips and local area insights.

Build trust to ensure clients work only through our company.

Schedule and confirm site visits.

Coordinate with the sales team to track lead status.

Maintain data records using MS Office or CRM tools.

🔸 Preferred Experience:

Candidates having prior Tally Calling or Tele-Sales experience in any of the following fields will be given preference:

Insurance sales

Automobile sales

Real estate marketing

Tally calling from Just Dial, UrbanClap, or similar platforms

Credit card or finance products

🔸 Qualification & Skills:

Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (Any Stream)

Languages: Basic knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, and English

Computer Skills: Basic MS Office (Excel, Word)

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Target-oriented and persuasive attitude

Basic real estate interest or willingness to learn

Convert maximum inquiries into site visits

Support conversions from site visits to final deals
