Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller – Insurance Sales professional to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote and sell insurance products, understanding their needs, and offering suitable policy options. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote life, health, or general insurance policies.
• Explain insurance products, benefits, and terms clearly and convincingly.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate insurance plans.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular contact until conversion.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM software or database.
• Handle objections, queries, or concerns from potential customers professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team and provide feedback from calls.
